Our system is compatible with your current hardware and software. You will not need to purchase any additional hardware to use CarTrackPro. If you already have a computer running Microsoft Windows® you have all of the software and hardware you will need.

It is a client-server based system and does not have the issues associated with software based on Microsoft Access®. There are no size limits on our data and you will have the ability to export data to your favorite spreadsheet or accounting package.

Our CarTrackPro System is unique...it is completely tested in real world environments. It has been in use for over 5 years and continues to evolve to meet our customers needs.

CarTrackPro is a custom software application allowing us to completely change it on an individual basis to meet your specific needs.

Technology

CarTrackPro software is Client/Server based. In this type of application there is only one copy of the software, and one copy of the data, which is located on a single computer in your office. This computer can be a true 'server' or simply a desktop computer in your office. In the event you want to have more than one person using the software at the same time, you simply set up a shared folder on the computer where you have installed the application. Then map a drive from the 'client' computer to the 'server'. Don't worry, we will help you with this.

As important as your inventory is, the software INSIDE your office is essential to the way the collection process works for you. Most important of all, the software used to provide the information and reports on your computer needs to make the user experience pleasant and easy to use.

Our software is thoroughly tested for ease of use and is developed using the latest 4GL compiler making our executables small and fast.

It is network aware meaning it can be used by one or one hundred users. There is even a version to allow users in different physical locations to view and work with live data. Your office in Chicago sees the same data and reports as your office in Atlanta and New York!

Our proprietary database has no physical size limit, has internal keys for fast searching, and a unique filtering process to show you only the records you want to see. Included is an ad hoc Report Manager allowing you to create any specialized report you may need.
