How It Works
When a vehicle is damaged, you will enter information on this vehicle, such as, renter's name, address, description of the vehicle, financial, and damage details.
A contact, either by mail or phone, is made to the renter advising them of pending charges and providing information helping them set up claims with their insurance and credit card companies. Many people do no realize they have benefits helping with the financial cost of the damage with the credit card they used when they rented the vehicle.
The user will make notes about each contact and 'work' a claim until it is resolved.
One great thing is, you will not have to buy additional hardware to use our system.
