Returns Policy
Any physical items purchased
from CarTrackPro
(Corporate
Support
Services),
can be returned
within 30 days
of receipt of
shipment. These
items must be in
new condition
with original
packaging and
accessories. We
cannot accept
returns of
products missing
the serial
number and we
will not issue
refunds for such
items.
Note:
Shipping fees
are not
refundable.
If you are
having a problem
with or need to
return an item,
please call us

890-8988. We will
make every
effort to
correct the
problem, arrange
for a
replacement or
arrange for a
return.
An RMA must be
issued prior to
sending any item
to us.
If you're having
a problem with
an item
purchased from a
CarTrackPro
authorized
reseller, please
contact the
reseller
directly.
Items that are
not in new
condition or
returned more
than 30 days
after purchase
will be accepted
for repair only,
under the terms
and conditions
of our repair
and warranty
programs. Please
call customer
service for an
RMA at (210)
860-4211. For
warranty
information,
click here.
Our software has
a 30 Demo period
and is not
returnable.
After the 30
trial period is
finished you
must decide if
you want to
continue by
purchasing the
software or
taking advantage
of one of our
service plans.
Should you
choose not to
use the software
simply remove it
from your
computer or
server.
Refunds
You should
expect to
receive your
refund within
four weeks of
giving your
package to the
return shipper;
however, in many
cases you will
receive a refund
more quickly.
This time period
includes the
transit time for
us to receive
your return from
the shipper (5
to 10 business
days), the time
it takes us to
process your
return once we
receive it (3 to
5 business
days), and the
time it takes
your bank to
process our
refund request
(5 to 10
business days).
We'll notify you
via e-mail of
your refund once
we've received
and processed
the returned
